All these varied and expansive skills of professional development and international relations are now being used in our leadership architectural framework.
How The Leadership Architect Accelerator™ Is Administered
We Excavate To Find All The Hidden Treasures
Our 12-week Accelerator is a high-end, deep-digging architectural leadership design project that takes accumulated wisdom achieved over a lifetime and transforms it into structural beauty, sustained clarity, and connective frameworks that a leader can confidently transfer and impart to others. We believe leaders carry the ingenuity and innovation that can unlock human flourishing and therefore, effective leadership is a rare and resourceful commodity to be experienced and enjoyed by every generation.
During the initial phase we conduct a Leadership Identity Excavation Intensive to review a client's life and work history. Next, we host an Executive Authority Lab to identify where our client is still seeking permission, minimizing authority, or comparing their status with less experienced but more visible leaders. Afterward, we facilitate a “Not Late—But Loaded” Reframing Experience to unveil strategic capital as evidence that they have not missed their greatest opportunities. Each week build on similar processes until we have their unique Blueprint ready to build. It's all super exciting to behold!​
